A 1:1 reproduction of the Lionhead gargoyle from the Sanctuary of Jupiter Heliopolitanus. A client wanted a copy of this sculpture from the 2nd century AD -- only, lightweight and for use as a shelf!

We applied a faux-marble finish and aged with a tincture/wash. This is a charming reproduction of the original, which is now housed at the Neues Museum in Berlin.
