I was invited to Thomas Jefferson University to scan the bust of a famous physician.

This is one of two examples of this particular bust in the world, and the university's library wanted to digitally "back it up" for posterity.

For fun, we created a fully-finished copy of the bust and gave it a nice bronze topcoat. Indistinguishable from the original, other than it being about 80 pounds lighter!

This scan was achieved without any kind of matte spray or other invasive procedure.
